I struggle a lot and I have a lot of downs, some months are more productive than others and some I can barely get anything done. I go through a lot of changes and I hit a lot of moods, but you being there makes the crawl back up the mountain so much more rewarding.

I’m starting to feel like my pics are beginning to be hindered by my inability to draw backgrounds

I've been experimenting with ways to get around it but a lot of story telling I'd like to do requires context from the environmen.

I never really learned how to draw a background that isn't vague colors and I'm afraid it might take too long to learn so I'm gonna see what I can do to make things as best as possible without delaying pics for weeks haha

I wonder if you can tell what Is going on haha

Been taking a little time to practice things and think a little bit

I wanted to struggle a little less so Ive been spending some nights trying to learn how to do things im bad at a little better.

Im also taking some time to think of how I want to do things going forward. I love my art lately but Im starting to feel like it's getting a little stale. A lot of cute girl pin ups, you know? So im going to try and get some more complicated or sex filled scenes, more family oriented stuff, too!

How do you guys feel like im doing lately with art?

I've been under a lot of stress so the will to churn out MASTERPIECES isnt as strong as it is and I've been finding it a little harder to feel proud of my stuff. I think my work is starting to look a little "Samey" so I really want to try some new stuff next month when it rolls around. I especially want to practice more poses and more sex scenes

But what do you think? Were you disapointed or did you expect more? Or were you happy with the amount ive been drawing? Id love to h...

Ugh, suffered heat stroke mowing my lawn lol

I kept putting it off because I get heatstrokes super easily. But I couldnt wait any longer because the grass was up to my tummy and im 5'5 lol.

I spent a few hours in 94 degree weather aaaaaaaaaand died. Bleh. So.. yeah, I feel terribad, Im working on stuff, I swear, haha

Just taking care of stuff piling up while trying to balance my work and social time. My friend came down from the navy after 5 years so I spent a little time with her, I finally took care of the damages from the hurricane (Tree fell over in the back),

and Ive been dealing with the fallout from working being a bunch of.. losers.

It takes the same amount of time lol.

I found the reason why they are in black and white is to save money on ink and the artist has to do a lot of special things like using certain shades of grey and black to make things pop more and also they need to do a lot of hatching as well as change the style of lines entirely to refle...

Question for all ATM subs

I uploaded an entire page of my new doujin before being colored into the "Projects on hold" folder in the ATM files.

I was wondering if you think I should do the entire series black and white and be able to make it faster or go ahead and color it all?

Its more of a style thing because I understand a lot of people really enjoy the Manga-esque look of the original takagi, so please let me know what you think!
