Our current patient, after a serious accident and being intubated for a few days, needed a tracheostomy. She is very confused and cannot utter any words, even with her mouth free of the endotracheal tube. After a debate about the form of mechanical ventilation, I chose to portray both. A young woman who needs CPR... She has a chronic illness, so suffers a lot of injuries to her joints and bones. (A follower suggested something like cpr... I can't deny it's something very interesting).
