You can check the changlog for more info but in summary:
-Got rid of duplicates, softlocks reported, extra party members, etc.
-I ran through the game twice, and made new saves in the last run, at major points, or before certain scenes.
-As an apology, I made Bessie and Carmen's sex scenes rewatchable.
-On that note, I made sure that post Bessie save's had the "switch" on for you to be able to watch it...

Just download that ZIP file, extract it, in your game folder navigate to www and just replace the data folder with the one you got from the ZIP file.
