Made major progress on coloring my Eula illustration, it did take me a lot of time on the hair, i'm not sure if it's because of the lines, brush, or myself that was the problem but I was able to fix it. Redid it about 3 times. Getting the hang of the brushes though, I played with the settings a lot. Eula Base Colors WIP

Finished doing base colors for my Eula illustration, it was pretty overwhelming putting color on all the elements but grouping the colors and areas in a layer really helps me not get too confused. Eulaのイラストの基本色を完成させたので、すべての要素に色を付けるのはかなり圧倒的でしたが、色と領域をレイヤーにグループ化すると、混乱しすぎないようになります。

If you haven't noticed yet, I've been posting less, WIPs and illustrations this month, and that's because a bunch of commissions came in this month and I've been a little busy with them especially this month. Still trying to fit in even just one illustration per week despite that. But after I've finished the commissions that have lined up I'll do my best to post regularly again! Thank you.

Coloring Practice

Did some coloring practice last night to improve, not just my eyes but also the skin and hair rendering and I've learned a few things especially with the values and shadows. Overall, if I opened up the curves adjustment here I think it would look very balanced between the shadows and highlights.
