So if you saw the newsletter, FANBOX will stop using Paypal as payment method for supporting artist, specifically the R18 ones. But the details says it will affect "Those who have never used PayPal for transactions on pixivFANBOX before March 21st, 2024 at 18:00 Japan time", so does the supporters who uses Paypal before doesn't count? Does this new policy only affect newly signed up users?
