お知らせと今後の対応(Notices and future correspondence)

こんにちはPink Oceanです。お知らせばかり続いて申し訳ありません。

pixivの新しい規約についていろいろ調べたり、ほかのクリエイターさんたちの対応を見たりしているなかで自分ができる対応が分かってきたので、改めてご報告させていただきます。

まず私のfanboxでは「禁止商品」に該当するものは無いので、今まで投稿したイラストはpixivより削除や修正の依頼が無い限り削除しません。

ただ「要修正商品」とされるものに該当する可能性があるイラストがあるのも事実です。そこで

・イラストのタイトルを一部伏字にしたり別の言葉に置き換える

・一部セリフをモザイクなどで隠す

・タグの消去など

以上の対応を新規約が適用される12月15日までに行いたいと思います。イラストに描かれている絵自体の修正は現時点では行いません。

投稿したイラストを削除しないための苦肉の策ではありますが、皆様にはご迷惑をおかけすること本当に本当に申し訳なく思います。

そして規約が適用されどの程度の規制になるのかを待ちたいと思います。もし問題が無いようであれば以前のタイトル、セリフに完全に戻したいと考えています。

I am sorry for the constant stream of announcements.

I have been doing a lot of research on the new pixiv rules and seeing how other creators have responded to them, and I have come to understand what I can do to help.

First of all, there is nothing in my fanbox that falls under the category of "prohibited items," so I will not delete any illustrations I have posted until now unless pixiv requests me to delete or modify them.

However, it is also true that there are illustrations that may fall under the category of "products that require modification.

Therefore, we would like to

・The title of the illustration is partially obscured or replaced with a different word.

・Hide some words with mosaic, etc.

・Remove tags, etc.

We would like to take the above actions by December 15, when the new terms and conditions will take effect. We will not be modifying the drawings themselves in the illustrations at this time.

Although this is a desperate measure to prevent the deletion of the illustrations, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We will then wait to see if the terms and conditions are applied and to what extent the restrictions are enforced. If there are no problems, we would like to completely revert to the previous titles and lines.

pixiv規約改定について(Revision of pixiv Terms and Conditions)

pixivより規約改定の詳細が発表されました。

明確に「禁止事項」になるのは実写、もしくは限りなく実写に近い表現のものになるようです。

現在私のFANBOX内において、「禁止事項」にあたる作品は無いので今までの通り投稿を続けようと思います。

ただ「要修正商品」に関しては正直あいまいなところがあり自分では判断が難しいので、規約が適用される12月15日以降にpixivより修正依頼があれば、それに応じながら投稿していきたいと考えております。

また何か規約関係について進展があればお知らせします。

どうぞこれからもよろしくお願いいたします。

pixiv has announced the details of the revised terms and conditions.

It seems that the "prohibited items" will clearly be live-action images, or those with expressions that are as close to live-action as possible.

I will continue to post as before because there are no "prohibited" works in my fanbox at this time.

However, to be honest, there is some ambiguity regarding "products that require correction," and it is difficult for me to make a judgment, so if pixiv requests correction after December 15, when the terms of the agreement take effect, I would like to submit my work accordingly.

I will let you know if there are any further developments regarding any covenant relationship.

お知らせ(Information)

pixivから利用規約の改訂のお知らせがありました。(https://www.pixiv.net/info.php?id=8788)

まだ詳細が発表されていないため（2022年11月20日現在）、対応は未定ですが改定内容によっては、過去に投稿したイラストが修正されたり、場合によっては非公開になる可能性があります。今後も新しい規約に違反しないもののFANBOXへの投稿は続けていこうと思っていますがとにかく今は詳細の発表待ちという状況です。

ご支援して頂いている皆様には、本当に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。皆様のサポートがどれだけ僕の助けになり、力を与えてもらっているか言葉では言い表せないほどです。そんな皆様にご迷惑をおかけする事は大変申し訳なく、また、自分としてもそのような状況を大変残念に思います。

ただfantia(https://fantia.jp/fanclubs/18458)には今までのイラストがすべてありますし投稿も続けます、またCi-en(https://ci-en.net/)にも近々クリエイターページを作る予定ですので、そちらでも今までのものと変わらないものを投稿しようと思っています。よろしければ一度覗いてみてください。

自分としては描きたいものを自由に描きたいと思っているので大きな表現規制の改定にならないのを願っています。

規約改定の詳細が発表されたら、どのような対応を行うかまたご報告させていただこうと思っています。

Since the details have not yet been announced (as of November 20, 2022), the response has not yet been determined, but depending on the revisions, illustrations submitted in the past may be revised or in some cases may be made private. We will continue to post to fanboxes that do not violate the new terms and conditions, but we are currently awaiting the announcement of the details anyway.

I can't thank you enough for your support. I cannot express in words how much your support has helped me and given me strength. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. I am very sorry and also very disappointed.

However, all of my illustrations are still available on fantia (https://fantia.jp/fanclubs/18458) and I will continue to post them there, and I am planning to create a creator page on Ci-en (https://ci-en.net/) soon. I will continue to post my illustrations on Ci-en as well. Please take a look if you like.

I hope this will not be a major change in the restrictions on expression, as I would like to freely draw what I want to draw.

I will report back on how we respond once the details of the revised terms and conditions are announced.
