After Videl collected the dragon balls, she made a cruel wish in secret that now lets her control Goten's body against his will. Goten has no choice but to do whatever she wants, and even cannot raise his power whenever she wishes. Even super sayian just changes his hair. How long can Goten endure this?

Progress! Here's all the variants that will be featured in each image.
For context, Videl used the dragon balls to control Goten's body. He has to do whatever she says, including keeping power low. So all super saiyan does is give Goten new hair!

His super saiyan hair should look much better now.
