Here's the WIP of our fifth illustration of December: Ei in a bunnygirl suit !
As I mentionned earlier, I have a lot of things I want to draw for Genshin girls and bunnygirl has been at the top of my list for a long time !
Ei is always so difficult for me to draw, I don't really know why but I always struggle with her face and hair. However I think it was worth the effort, I really like her in this outfit. I haven't decided if she'll be wearing tights though.

Here's Eula !
It was really fun to paint this artwork. I've tried a different lighting than usual. I really this type of lighting where there are some kind of obstacle that partly blocks the light. It can create some really intersting stuff. Definitely something I will explore more !

Here's Sonia !
This was so much more harder than I thought. I struggled so much to color her hair, I had to restart from scratch 2 or 3 times which is something I usually never do. I just couldn't get the colors I liked. It was really frustrating to be honnest.
Despite that issue I was really productive and worked on it for 13 hours during the first day of the coloring process so I am not late on schedule

It was really fun to work on this sketch! I actually struggled a little bit with her hair but I really like her outfit (if we can call that an outfit lol) and the pose.
I'll need to find a way to fill that background and I am not looking forward to that lol. Don't expect nothing too detailed, but I'd like to avoid having just a single color for the BG.

Hello,
Our second illustration of December is here !
I decided to keep the BG white to keep this artwork as similar as possible to my latest artwork or Pyra and to be honnest it's nice to not have to think about the BG sometimes
Of course I made a swimsuit variant ! Will be posting in a couple of days as usual

Here's Beidou !
It took me one more afternoon than usual to finish this one. Painting dresses is always a challenge since there's so much fabric with all sorts of complex folds. I actually struggled a bit to find the right color for the background. It might sound silly but finding a nice balance between background color, aesthetic and mood is one of the hardest thing to me when making an illustration.

As you can see if you checked the WIP, I changed her hair structure a bit. I actually wasn't satisfied with it and then I saw another artwork of her that had a similar structure to the one you see in this final version.
I almost never change anything after I'm done with the lineart but seeing this artwork made me want to edit her hair. I think it looks a lot better now.
I really like the color of her top, and I chose another interesting color for her bikini, I hope you'...

Back with this lewd kind of sleepwear. I really wanted to draw something lewd and it's really fun to draw that type of outfit. It also allows me to have some spear time for a bikini variant ! Yay !
I chose another more unique pose. Even though it's less revealing than usual I want to give myself more freedom when it comes to poses, and draw new ones even if they are less revealing.
I spent 45 to 60 minutes sketching her head...

Here's Cynthia
I had a hard time with the lighting on this one. I find it always a lot more difficult to have that kind of lighting where half is on the light and hlaf in the shadow. Finding the balance for the bright parts to no be too bright etc... can be tricky.
I think Cynthia looks nice in this scene. It's lewd but it feels cozy somehow, at least this is what I tried to convey

here's the WIP of our poll winner: Cynthia !
As you can see we have a lying pose. I really like these poses and I feel more and more comfortable drawing them. Anatomy isn't my strong point, I have a really hard time making new poses and when I do it's always a battle to get them right
I'm also getting more used to drawing girls raising their arms. It might sound silly but it is actually really important and useful to make new poses and give different vibes

I had a really nice start with this sketch so I thought I would manage to even do the lineart today but I ended up struggling a lot with her anatomy and then her hair so it is now 5am and I barely finished it before going to bed

As I said in the WIP's post I tried something different for the lineart. I used a different brush and was a lot less focused on the details, and I'm glad with the result. It actually looks almost the same as usual, but it was so much faster to finish.
I changed the way I painted her eyes and hair a little bit too. It's nice to explore new ways to paint
