Custom Bird Tier Changes (public announcement)

I've been thinking about the current user experience on the "Custom Bird" tier and I've been thinking on how I could improve it. some of you mentioned that it is sometimes frustrating how you can go months without your idea being chosen for a set or seeing it on the multipost at the end of the month. So I thought making a few changes could help resolve this issue.
