Press stop in timeline before changing character so that belly animations work normally!
I have also included the outfit I used for this scene for the x-ray. Make sure that you don't change the Bodysuit item position and the character body must be set to xukmi/SkinPlusReflect and render queue set to 2350 for the x-ray to function normally.

I included 2 scenes (1 with characters and bg in view, 1 for focused view at x-ray) as well as the coordinate used for the breast x-ray. If it doesn't work then please change the render queue accordingly.
