On Fanbox's 4th Birthday

So, Fanbox posted an announcement earlier today, using their fourth birthday to reflect a bit on the past and to look forward to the future. You can read all about it here: https://official-en.fanbox.cc/posts/3710102

Reading through the stats out of curiosity, I was shaken out of my complacency by one thing: apparently the average Fanbox creator receives 33 likes and 12 comments on their posts per year. That's just about the amount I received from you guys in the last month alone!

And I'm not saying that to brag here, it's no achievement of my own: this is all you guys! I now feel that I've taken this level of engagement from you for granted, and I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who has left me a comment or a like. A message to my supporters in Russia

Some of you have contacted me to warn me that at the moment you cannot continue your support because of the sanctions. I understand and unfortunately I don't have any alternative method I can offer you at this time.

I deeply sympathize, because you yourself bear no direct responsibility for the larger troubles in the world. Indeed, I would not like to be held responsible for all the barbarous things my own government has been guilty of in the past. My thoughts are with the people themselves, both in the Ukraine and in Russia.

These times will not last. As you know, a total of 6 months of support in one tier gives you access to the full archive of that tier. If due to the present sanctions you have to interrupt your support, be sure that your past pledges will still count towards the total of six months whenever you are able to resume your support. The same is true for anyone who has to interrupt his support for whatever reason.

In the meantime, take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

The reason is that I was invited to make a suggestion for Palcomix's "Woman Of The Month" contest. And against my expectations, my suggestion of Lovis from "Ronja The Robber's Daughter" was actually accepted. So I had to make sure I finished and published this piece before March ended. I have something of an anniversary coming up, since this month it will be seven years ago since I first signed up to a Patreon/Fanbox style support platform. Thanks to you guys I have been able to continue making art throughout all this time. Sor for the occassion, we'll have another audience's choice for March's Twice Is Nice picture.

I ask that you submit one request of your choice before February 28, a picture of 4 characters maximum. The rules are the same as for commissions: no violence or rape, no futa scat or vore, no politics, no real people, no video game characters. Anything else is fine, though if it's of a title I really dislike, I may tell you so and let you have another pick. Please submit your choice by sending me a PM on Pixiv or an e-mail.

If by February 28 there are more than 9 submissions, they will first be pre-selected by a randomizer program. And then the final 9 choices will be put up for a poll for all Twice Is Nice and Story Time supporters between March 1 and 15.
