Completed Terminator Animation BONUS

Ok - tabling this for now that Ive scratched my itch lol. I will be including the vide file along with Front, Side and Back shots of my Arnold Model in the next rewards pack, along with the finished TOXIC comic. 

I am assembling the final stages of the comic this week and should have that for you all very soon!

Plus for those of you that haven't caught on... I LOVE the details (picture 2) It'ts fun for me to add to a scene with little details that enhance the overall look and feel of a narrative. In this case - LOTS of raw steroid powder that the Joker infused into the Venom Serum. Hehe.

Behind the Scenes

This comic is a little different than some of the others as it uses very detailed, specific characters (LOTS of polygons) and the more polygons, the more processing power it takes to render the image. So for most of the shots in this comic I have had to render the character as its own plate, and then render the background plate. Then put them together in photoshop, and color grade/add lighting effects (lens flares etc) before even putting them to the page layout stage.

Listening to BTAS sound track while adding dialogue bubbles really puts me in the mood! Also using my “joker voice” to test how it should “sound” HAHA!

There is lots of inspiration for this comic; from Robin’s suit stemming from the Chris O’Donnell one in Batman Forever, to the lighting color palette from Joel Schumacher’s camp style all the way to Mark Hamill’s definiative voice carrying the character in my head… I am having a ton of fun creating this comic for you ...
