So - my repost from last year on Star Wars day got lots of good feed back, and As I get in gear to jump back in on the animation this week, I wanted to revisit the model and do some more renders for you guys!
I rebuilt him with a new skin map that is wayyyy more detailed and just had fun with it!

I wanted to reach out and let you all know, stitches from the surgery came out yesterday and I was cleared to returns to as normal of life as I can (still being careful) I returned home yesterday from saying with family (as they no longer need to help me with bandage changes etc)

Hey everyone, Ive been working this week to get some content to you guys while I'm still recovering from my surgery.
It has been a little tedious at times to work on, as I am staying with family to help aid in my recovery - so privacy is hard sometimes. lol

I wanted to check in and throw up a flare to let everyone know that the surgery went very well last Friday. After spending the weekend in the hospital letting the incision drain, they discharged me to go home Monday afternoon. Stitches are slated to come out on the 13th. (I'll Spare you the photos - but my best friend coined the phrase "Frankenpeter" after seeing the incision and stitches 😂)

Found out today that I have to have emergency surgery tomorrow to remove an infected intramuscular abscess... this will put a slight delay on the animation - most of the rendering is finished, however I won’t be at my computer to assemble the footage for a bit here...
Wanted to let you all know what was up... I’ll keep you posted as things progress and I heal up and can get back to work.

I have about one more clip to render and then compile everything for you.

For some time now I’ve been looking at wanting to add new character models to my repertoire for using in my stories. I’ve found most recently that creating character likenesses from life lends to the most intriguing design and development. Plus it really mixes up who is being featured in the stories.
I’m toying around with the idea - of making it available to the highest tier the ability, if they so choose, as one of their rewards to be a character model of their liken...

Here is the second render that I had mentioned doing for shits and giggles while waiting to get back to my comic. I am in full render mode on my desktop computer now and am working on the next couple pages for release this Sunday evening.
