18+ Tiebreaker Poll

I'd like to get a head start on April's illustrations, so I'll only be running this poll through the weekend so I can get started as soon as I'm done with the last piece for March. If the poll is still tied by then, I'll pick a winner myself.

Based on this outfit I've seen making the rounds lately on twitter. This is probably both the sexiest and dumbest thing I've ever drawn.

BunnVi [WIP Update]

I've started on the next Arcane fanart for this month. Easter is right around the corner and I've never drawn something like this before, so thought it'd be a fun little thing to do.

Even though I'm using the same coloring style as my last piece, this one's taking a tad longer to do, so I'm posting the WIP separately this time. The final version should be up in a day or two, along with a bonus 18+ variant for Steel patrons and above.

Here is the first of three Violyn pieces I'm going to be closing out the month with.

In the near future (possibly May or June) I plan to do a short, multi-page comic featuring these two. But doing it in my usual coloring style will take way too long, so I decided to try the above rougher, more minimalist style so I can produce pages quicker. I'll be using it for these three pieces so I can get a good feel for it and gauge how quickly I can work with it.

The background elements didn't have line art and were painted in. However, I did do some rough sketches to help me figure out the perspective and details, so I decided to include those as separate PNG files as if they were line art.

And here is the final version! I normally hate drawing backgrounds, but I've actually enjoyed doing it in these last two pieces. It was especially fun trying to do a simple painting of Emon. I think some of the new tricks I've been experimenting with have started to pay off!

Now, to finish off the month, I'm going to be doing a quick series of Arcane fanart featuring Vi and Caitlyn.

[Hi-Res & Line Art] 18+ Keyleth

Totally forgot to upload this yesterday as promised. Sorry about that!

I've included two different versions of the line art, one with the foreground elements (JPG) and one without (PNG). I had to make the foreground one a JPG since the grass and flowers were made with a brush and not proper line art. The background had no line art and was painted in afterwards.

And here is the final version! I tried a few new things for this one and am pretty happy with the results. But I also realize the idea is essentially the same as my Elden Ring art. Wasn't really planned that way, but oh well!

I'll be posting the hi-res and lineart versions for Mythril-level subscribers a bit later today.

March 18+ Poll (for April illustrations)

And here is the second poll for this month, an all Korrasami 18+ poll to celebrate Korra's 10th Anniversary!

Like the SFW poll, I'm offering three specific concepts for a spicy illustration. The winner will be the top priority for the month of April, and then I'll do a second of my choosing if there's time left in the month after I'm done with the SFW winner.

As I said in the February recap, in April will be the 10th Anniversary of The Legend of Korra, so I thought I'd make it an all Korra month to celebrate!

This poll will offer some more specific concepts for illustrations. My hope is that I'll have the time to draw two of these, with the winner of the poll as the first priority (after the 18+ poll winner), and then I'll draw a second of my choosing later in the month...

And here is the final piece! In the end my "simple and easy" drawing turned out to be a bit more complicated than I initially planned. While working on it I got the idea that I want this badass Hero to actually look very tired and worn out, with the Erdtree acting less like the warm, inviting light it is in the game, but more a constant, nearly oppressive reminder of her goal.

I'm as hyped as anyone for the launch of Elden Ring tomorrow, and couldn't resist drawing another buff warrior lady to close out the month!

So, I decided to do a pair of drawings of the female Hero, starting with this slightly moody piece, followed by a spicier drawing later on this week. That one will be a proper 18+ piece, since doing a nude variant of this one would look a bit weird, I think.

Welp, we appear to have a 3-way tie for March's NSFW character selection! As much as I'd like to do all three, there's just not enough time in the month, so we're going to need a tiebreaker.

Venat: The Sundering

And here, finally, is the full color comic featuring Venat from Final Fantasy XIV! I'm still a bit rusty when it comes to drawing comics, but it was nice to get back into it.

This one was a lot of work, so I'm going to be doing something a bit more simple and easy (with an 18+ variant) to close out the month and help me recharge. My second Witcherlass picture I had planned might have to wait a little longer.
