This has been a really difficult week stomach wise :( Haven’t been able to eat more than 1,000 calories for 5 days now and am only at 500 today. Doing more research to plan some meals and trying to slowly get down more food tonight. Sorry for not being able to do another live stream book club again, but hopefully you guys can enjoy a more calming lofi experience of it ❤️ Love you, appreciate your support during this awful time tbh. It’s been rough.
