Update // Health and work and all the things

Last week I have been diagnosed with pregnancy diabetes, which is a very dangerous condition that endangers both me and my child. So far it seems like it is more severe this time than it was during my last pregnancy. I also had it but I had no problem managing it with a healthy diet. Today is the beginning of Pride month, so here's a little something to start it with! I decided to do a kind of redraw of one of my very first attempts at drawing Lana, back in 2014 back when she was Lana the cat, instead of Lana the lynx mom :D

Update // Temporary changes

Hey guys,

Due to my health, pregnancy and general life situation I was forced to rethink my stratedy as I barely met my Patreon monthly goals which left me frustrated and struggling. Sadly this pregnancy is causing me a lot of problems, I can't sit for as long as I used to, my belly starts to get in the way between me and my tablet and I have to bend over more which is not a sustainable position for work and there are days where I am absolutely unable to work at all.

Today I am feeling slightly better and I will try to do a bit of work and see how it goes. Probably slower than usual. But I don't want to waste the little time I have before I have to go on maternity leave.

So I will start the day by posting this lovely summer piece I just finished for Farex, featuring Banjax and Farex being adorable!

Did I mention I love strong saturated colors? I absolutely adore using them in my art, especially oranges and cyan...

Update // Bad luck keeps getting me

Hey guys,

I'm writing a quick update to let you know we are all sick. I'm struggling since yesterday with a fever, a terribly runny nose, headaches and that general sense of despair that usually accomapnies any sickness. My toddler is also sick and he refuses to leave my side, which in turn makes me unable to rest properly. He doesn't allow me to sleep during the day, he constantly wants or needs something and I am barely coping with reality.

Today I decided to work a bit more on Leslie's design (my cute long haired tiger shark girl). I'm not yet sure this is her final form. I know I want her to wear white earrings and I want her gills to be pierced. I do want her to have this kind of shape for her breasts with soft and bright nipples, but I'm not yet sure of the size of them. Will possibly make them smaller, not really sure. I want her to look light and young and nice in a loose white summer dress...
