I finally figured out how to fix the Neck Seam problem!
I was troubleshooting this the entire evening and night, and I feel so happy I reached this result now.
I will make some new Add-ons for the update of V4.

Improvements on Rig:
1) Crotch and inner thighs had bad weights, when Eve was in her fighting stance (Fixed).
2) Feet has been weighted properly, when Eve bends her feet on a stair (Fixed).
3) Breast physics speed has been increased.
High Heels, is now available!
10 Add-ons, preview images show the names of the colors displayed. (Red Heel Color Add-on For AyakaMods and NexusMods)

Stellar Blade is coming out soon and I created a body for Eve, I will upload it on NexusMods and all my future MODs are going to be made for Stellar Blade.
Besides MODs, Stellar Blade has amazing soundtracks, my favorite soundtrack is: "Great Desert 2"
I included a new tier called Bronze, it includes Main Mod Only, while Silver tier includes Main Mod, Add-Ons and NSFW.
