That is a commission I did in 2017. Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy enjoying themselves in Arkham Asylum. There are three different versions of this art.
The first one was inspired by the game Arkham Asylum, with Harley in her nurse outfit. The second on her visuals for the game Arkham City and the third one on Harley's look in the movie Suicide Squad (2017) with a skin-colored Ivy to add some variation to her as well.

This commission was so fun to do and It was my first tentacle drawing, needless to say, I did a bunch of them later! XD
