No, not the sport silly. Glad you could drop in on my workout my cubs. Biceps just over 17.5 inches, need them at 20” at least. I’m gonna be the beefiest bear that ever was and no one can stop me. Love watching all the other “gainers” shrinking week after week next to me. Feed me some encouragement my little bears. Papa bear is hungry 💪🏼🐻
