Well, this is a rather unenviable situation to be in. Wolves, canines, in fact any creatures with the tendency to knot while in the act of sexual intercourse might best stay above the water - or dry land entirely.

I probably forgot to mention, RiffRaff had jury duty this past week, leaving me saddled with a lot of the non-furry work we do. I know I still owe everyone a story, but do you guys mind this month if I just write a new "The Depths" adventure for you all, and you can vote on which direction the story takes, okay? *^^*

So, folks wanted to see Leilani in an underwater tryst this time around, and pushing her limits far too long and deep. When a lover like Rangi, a tribal otter, shows up while she's enjoying a swim, the basic instinct takes over - nevermind the fact that Rangi is the strongest male diver in the group.

Well, well, well, Jamie is certainly becoming quite a jerk, isn't he? *^^* 

Typical of most of those vintage comics you grew up reading, the antagonist is very apparent here. 

What's not apparent yet, but soon will be, is just how antagonizing he's going to become... *^^*

Well, lesson learned. Never tell someone you love them on a first "date". *^^*

This is unfortunately how it has to be, for now. Which means David must prove just how much he loves Leilani.

I said before that David is selfish here. If he really loves her, forsake everything in New York City and stay in Bora Bora with her, right? 

Or is Leilani too selfish for not willing to forgo her tribal laws and marry the wolf of her dreams?

The emotions here foreshadow great drama to...

We have a tie! *^^*

Well, underwater sex and a personal observation from David's journal are tied, so...I'm going to be an amazing hostess this month - AND WRITE BOTH STORIES. *^^*

I will try to get two inkings from Twinkle-Sez. He's on vacation until the end of the month, but will be able to draw some. ^^

Well, the votes are tallied, sort of, and it looks like people have no qualms about a short story where Leilani pushes her limits of deep-water sex and has to be rescued from drowning. *^^*

I'm thinking this could be a before-David adventure, and perhaps she's gone pearl diving, meets a very handsome otter in the depths and - things happen. *^^*

Well, I'm sure this one was worth the wait too... *^^*

So, what's happening here? Just as wild and savage Leilani is, a wolf like David is able to "tame" the beast, making love to her and giving her what she truly needs... <3
