Hi all! This past weekend my sister went to yet another 50th birthday celebration in California so once again she asked me to meet up with her there. We went to Mexican food, a dinner party, saw some donkeys, drank a jello shot (the photo that looks like I'm drinking out of a fancy glass) I had the best strawberry mojito ever and then Maria made us the best breakfast burritos I've ever had on our last day.

This class was different than my norm. It's called "Discovering Your Sexy" and initially I didn't want to take it but my instructor told me she thought it would help me with the transitions (which I struggle with). Instead it did exactly what I thought it would do: made me feel like shit lol! Not only was I dizzy but I was really disheartened because I wasn't happy with how things looked. Anyway it was a good reminder to trust my instincts because I know myself better than anyone else! <...

Story time! (Also this is private please do not share it anywhere) As many of you know I previously retired from wrestling, but came out of retirement just to wrestle at WOW (nowhere else). Well all good things come to an end and I let them know I needed to quit wrestling entirely. As a thank you they let me have a singles match against my best friend at WOW: Amber. Memorial Day Caribbean Link Up

Back in January I got a wristband to attend all 6 events of the Caribbean link up! They would: Back to the 90's, Pool Party, Denim & White, Soca at the Park, Soca AfterParty and Brunch. I ended up missing the pool party because I was announcing at a wrestling show and the Lyft was $60 when I checked but I made it to all 5 of the other events. I know this all looks very simple, but it required a lot of thought to remember how to switch my hands lol! In this vid you see me do the same routine, once on the left then once on the right. Notice that some moves were easier for me on one side than the other? Pole is so fascinating!

Worked on a very cool pose in the forearm stand that I loved! You can't see it in the video but I could see all six abs when I did it so I'm trying to do this more often lol. Also my climbs are rough but they're getting there again!

My Red Rock Hike

Hi friends! Here are some photos and videos from my hike to find "Lost Creek" a tiny waterfall that only appears certain times of the year. It was really adorable and I wish the weather was warmer so I could have played in the water but it was too damn chilly. Thanks for being my patron!

Handstands!

Here are some clips from handstand class and then another pole class. I do a headstand two different ways, improve my handstand and then go for a forearm stand (where I use my arms to push my head up off the ground). Enjoy! 

Spicy Photo

For those who missed it on Insta Close friends, the top of this fitness onesie thing broke and I was like umm... I cannot wear this without a sports bra underneath. Good thing I listened to my instincts because at class at one point I looked in the mirror and it looked like I was wearing a wrestling singlet lol! I have a photoshoot coming up the first week in May (dipping my toes back in the water to see if I feel better now) so you'll get more spiciness soon!

Belly Dance Moves

I'm learning some bellydance moves! I have a long way to go but it's fun to get started! The actual rolling the belly part isn't coming to me at all yet but I'm working on it.

Pole Dance 1

My first pole dancing class in three years. I'm essentially starting over completely as I have no muscle memory of the moves. This is a sit into rainbow (I try it twice) as well as a spin I forgot the name of. My thighs felt like they were on fire after this!

My patrons get behind the scenes info on my matches! First watch the match before reading this so you can see if you can spot what I'm about to tell you on your own. Ok now: This was a funny match because my opponent is super duper green and kept moving in ways I didn't expect (a great example is... watch her take the finish). It was a challenge and hopefully it wasn't too obvious how confused I was whenever I was in the ring lol. Let me know if you could tell!
