The rest of Rak's past is pretty much known now. Strix can't prosecute Rak with the full force of Strix law due to some "behind the curtain" strings being pulled involving the Canter/Strix Neoteric Pact-meaning Gowler wants his clone baby back.
Strix think it cute Rak being banished on Strix 13 in the meantime, Rak makes friends and...POOF! Was it all a dream?

It was a filling meal and Rastus is quite content. The question then comes up if there's only two Castmasters around. Luxuria and Lokalia reveal there's a few other members, but they're asleep...only Castmasters don't sleep the same way as everyone else does. They live lives in unawareness until they are "awoken" again.

Rak just wants to go back to bed, but hacking into the system to shut off the alarm just brings up Gowler's progress diaries explaining how the Canter cloning project is going through some setbacks. Wren appears to explain how the error code that awoke Rak was how the "Incinerate inferior clone copies" wasn't working.

We've got a few things to resolve before ending Banished and one of them is how Rak got himself on Strix 13 in the first place. His motivations were simple at first: hack into the pod system and make that annoying error disappear so he can go back to sleep. Thing is he activates some of the lab documents and learns he's a reject. The errors the pod was emitting was how the incineration process was jammed.
