Here's a look at the Robot homeworld, as illustrated by Alexander. It's not a planet, but rather a very large asteroid, similar in size to Hub World. It's hidden in an asteroid field on the outer rim of a black hole, which the robot denizens use to help hide their presence. It is totally mobile.

The doorway Rak and Timbo discover apparently lead them too Luger's secret art room. Here we see examples of the bounty hunter's painting talents. There's been some tiny references in the comics that Luger can draw, but I dunno' if it'll ever be mentioned outright in the story... One thing I should point out is the room was meant to be MUCH smaller. I mean, Luger's ship isn't that huge in the first place. Imagine a closet crammed full of drawings and paper...

Here's a sketch preview of the new character, Zeiss, direct from Alexander's sketch book. Zeiss appeared very briefly at the end of Book 1, but will be properly introduced in the next chapter. It's pretty obvious this character plays an important role with the "home world of the robots" theme the next story has, but certainly not in a "BWAH! EVIL VILLAIN!" sorta' way. Zeiss has a very interesting backstory and...well...the story of the robots is hopefully not going to be one you'll expect. Mor...

Banished Book 2 Chapter 2 meandered a bit. It went through three artists (the third being the magnificent Brandon). Instead of immediately heading to Hub World, the original script had Rak and Timbo explore Luger's room where they discover a secret... More on that later. ;D
