Pew! Pew! Pew! Battle damaged version of the first Captain Marvel piece I did. Pretty down and dirty and probably spent more time than I should have. Some of the effects really cover the work I did on her flesh, so need to work with that in mind so I don't waste time!

Okay. I started working on this as a painting and wanted to do a decent job, but it really wasn't working because I had all the movie costume details to deal with. So, I went back to doing a line drawing and having the flats and then put multiple layers on it. The face and hair changed about 5 times each because I just wasn't getting the feeling for it.

Here's a more flesh toned version of Marge. Challenging but fun and still trying to get the painting down. The new texture brushes I bought are giving me a bit of something new to fiddle with.
Patrons will of course get high rez versions along with variants when pledges are collected at the beginning of next month.
Will work on the N3 versions of the previous pieces and am close to getting a decent N4 pose for Captain Marvel. Stay tuned!

Well. As you can see I bought some new brushes and have decided to mess around with them for FX and interesting background elements. This piece was a bit more painterly, and I think I felt a bit more comfortable doing it like this. I'm going to see if I can get it to work with some of the other pieces I do this month. Hey you awesome patrons! Here is the first few hours spent on the first Captain Marvel piece. I'm thinking a piece will be strategically removed to be a bit more N3 level. Working on it as a painting but still relying a bit too much on the line. We'll see how it goes once I start adding more layers to work on the light, color and shadow.

Finished up the first Batgirl nude or nasty variant. I think it's a bit more sexual so it's a fine line in the determination for me... Patrons will get the high rez version of this variant.
This will wrap up the pieces done for the month. I'm going to get started on lining up and working out the variants, tightening up pieces, and getting the rundown ready.

Here's my version of Harley Quinn, betting back to a bit more of the original costume theme. I did this at a sketchnight over the course of a few hours. Big chunky brush lines gave it more of a sketchy feel. I didn't think it worked all that well at the time, but opening it up and looking at it, I think it's all right. I think I will do a little more to the background for some design elements when the higher rez reward version goes out, but for now, it's more art!

Nasty or Non-consensual cosplaying for Gigi in this one with the Joker and Harley enjoying their present. Tried to do a bit more painting on one layer and mixing colors. Not sure about the result, but I'm trying new things, which is good.
