Moving Update

This picture of my captain's chair heralds an update about my moving plans. I've put the gas pedal to the floor on it and it's my primary focus, right now. My planned timeline is:

By the middle of next week (around the 15th or 16th) to have my office/studio completely settled in and ready for working in. Therefor, I expect to be back into the full-ish swing of production by around that time.

August Announcement

Quick announcement about August, heralded by this line work of Trixie and Beth. I'm in the midst of moving things to a new house, and it's taking up a bit of extra time during my days. I'm working hard so it doesn't cut too deeply into my productivity, but it may. I may get fewer drawings done this month, and maybe a few less comic pages, but I'm going to do my best to make sure this feels smooth.

The Awakening continues, and I'm pleased with its progress and how it's emerging. I'm not even minding how much time it takes to color red pandas, right now.

The back issues! "Aron" is now a year old. Wow, time really flies. With that, Aron's been added to the list of available back issues to the comic tiers, at the end of the back issue list. Aron is the first adult color comic that went past the 20 page mark.

The "Ask" series is garnering a lot of people asking me how they ask their questions. It was a post I made about a month ago to the $12+ tiers (the steering committee), giving them a bit more interaction. I think that entry has 51 questions in the comments section, last I checked, but I've only gotten around to doing about 11 or so since. Young Male Archetypes

Some quick young male archetypes that I doodled up after work tonight. I may have to call on them in the future.

Brooke and Mary

Wanted to do this, as I get the inspiration to continue Brooke's tale in black and white. I'd like to treat it as a new kind of webcomic.

The black and white Cottonwine story, I realize, would just drag in this format, since the pages would drip forth at a pace that wouldn't be conducive to the kind of story being told. A regular project is more proper, for it. I may color it and do it as a proper project, as a result.
