Its finally here, with barely an hour left of Halloween left (EST anyway)! Phoebe the Alway Hungry Ghost tags along with Hilda and Gilda to a nearby ghostly buffet. Not only is the witchy pair unable to keep pace with the apparition but they may not have the money to cover all three of them!
