Before betraying and cursing Mad Oz and his crew, Joan was a loyal servant in the pirate force known as Mad Oz's bitches. They were used to party at a hidden Brutemon bar, very friendly to human women. Joan was a good friend of Sandra, but also a big rival of her, and almost anything became a contest between these two.
