This month's voted for character was Harley Quinn, who's had a brilliant idea to get Joker's attention... though like most things she's not really thought it through.
Ran the original Bruce Timm design for her, hope you don't mind! Can't go wrong with a bodysuit. Also did a slightly different shine technique, though I don't know how much that shows.
