October: Neverra

Excuse me, people.

I had to go on a trip this month, and I'm still a bit behind on everything related to Patreon.

A few days ago, we were supposed to have polls to choose the race and miniatures, but due to the dates, we'll do an express poll. We assume we'll continue with Neverra for one more month.

The current sequence of months is:

May - Armies of the Queen - Elven Lords
June - Surprise
July - Knights of the...

Queen's LongBows

Well, we have more or less completed the first unit of the month. I haven't been posting more WIPs because, being quite similar figures, I didn't see much point in doing so.

We have added a couple of braziers to justify the magical fire that you can use as fillers.

In this case, I believe that the similar poses add to the overall view :)

Still, you have 8 archer models, the three of the command group and the brazier. From a sculpting perspective, it's a very comprehensive j...

Elven Lords: The Fallen Lineage

Harken, traveler, and heed my words. You have arrived at the sacred halls of the Dark Elves of the Fallen Lineage, where majesty and power overwhelm the hearts of men. Here, you can admire the greatness of our race, where magic and intrigue mix in an exquisite dance.

For centuries, our race has been embroiled in a bitter civil war for power, which has cracked the foundations of our world. We were expelled from our palaces and exiled to colonies beyond the seas.

But now, a new chap...

Queen's Longbows

Today I bring you one of the first archers posed. We're thinking of placing them in two rows, with the first row kneeling and the second standing, ready to shoot.

Since they're elves, I don't think having too much variation in their poses would look very good, as it would seem disorganized. And precisely what we want to convey is discipline.

What do you think?

Have a nice weekend everyone. I hope you enjoy it, and while you're here, I'll leave you with one of the pilgrims who accompany the relic of Neverra.

Paint: Reliquary of Neverra

A little bit of color in the sea of gray from the renders never hurts. Today I bring you the reliquary of Neverra, from our first release of this faction.

We're going to try to make the knight sculpted on top, have sharp edges revealing the wood underneath the polychrome of the sculpture. Let's see if we can achieve it on such a small scale.

I hope you like how the piece is coming along.

April: The Baron and the Hoodedmen

New month, new minis!

We have saved a little surprise for today: the miniature of the Baron. We hope you enjoy it throughout the month.

This month has been quite challenging. We have done many style tests, tried out armor configurations. But we have finally defined what Neverra will be. From here on, the path should be much easier.

In May, we will welcome back the armies of the Queen of the Elven Lords. We will start developing them on Monday.

As with previous months,...

Neverran Farm

Today, we have the last big piece of the month: the Farm from the Kingdom of Neverra.

As you can see, we've completely changed the tone compared to the buildings of the High Kingdom. It's much more rural, with more accentuated roof waters.

Little by little, we would like to generate architectural styles for each race. We hope this path is to your liking.

Regarding the cuts, we will optimize the larger pieces for FDM printing. We will also try to create alternative cuts for r...

The Hooded Men

If we aim to maximize the differences for the knights, our hooded ones have not fallen behind. Seven of their miniatures have character treatment.

Together you can use them as a classic unit, but we have also made sure that they are suitable for other uses you may have in mind: https://broheim.net/downloads/fo/33TheOutlawsOfStirwoodForest.pdf

Household Knigths

Ladies and Knigths, and all those who don't feel like sitting on a cushion :) (paraphrasing Chaucer in "A Knight's Tale"),

We have been a bit absent for a few days, dedicating a lot of time to finalize this unit. In terms of work, it is a great milestone, as among knights, the reuse of pieces is minimal, which makes them much more complex at a sculpture level than any previous cavalry unit we have made. And perhaps it is the most complex medieval cavalry on the market.

You have fi...

The Great Captain

Hey guys!

Yesterday I uploaded the resized furniture. Later this afternoon, I'll upload the tents with the new cuts.

Today, I bring you the mini of the "Great Captain", painted by Alberto. Hopefully, from now on, we can paint more than we have in the past few months. And most importantly, take photos!

Much of what we'll be painting will be old stuff. Do you want me to post it here too or just limit it to social media so I don't overwhelm you?

I hope you like it.

Hosehold Knights

Hello guys,

Today I bring you another one of the knights, this time one without a crest on his helmet. As usual, we will make 5 knights, with 2 head options and various arm configurations.

Do you prefer us to make extra configurations with spears or with handheld weapons?

On the other hand, you already have the files.

Seeing the printing tests of the scenery, we are going to make a couple of adjustments. In the commander's Tent

, we are going to join a couple o...

Poll: Nevarra Horse

Hello guys. Flash poll.

We're starting to pose the knights, and I'd like to know what kind of poses you want on the fabrics. We can make them more dynamic, but it complicates the painting of the heraldry. So I leave it up to your choice.

WIP knights

Hello ladies and knights,

Excuse the redundancy, but today I'd like to talk to you about knights. The other day, I shared with you an image of one of them in an early WIP stage, but intentionally chosen. We even included some text to encourage your feedback because we wanted to learn many things that might have been difficult to ask directly. For that same reason, we didn't comment on that post, even though I usually respond to everything you raise.

After reading your comments car...
