It was really fun drawing a bit of a crowd in the background -- it was good to practice drawing characters simply and quickly rather than spending the time on a full drawing (since they're only going to appear very small).

JRPG characters always have the most complicated outfits, and these two are no exception -- it was a really fun challenge trying to draw as many details as I could and trying to capture the various textures. Getting a little more confident making different versions with larger elements included/excluded -- I think a few months ago I would not have been sure how to make a version with and without Link, but this went smoothly and didn't add too much to the overall drawing time =3

Super spies at super speed! Took a little while to get the proportions and perspective right on this one, but sketching in rough shadows ahead of the colouring phase really helped me get a sense of the lighting I wanted to use =3

I've cut this down a little where I tried out a few new ways of inking -- I still haven't quite gotten my lineart how I want it, but I'm getting closer! Skin took me a while; I feel like I'm getting close to a process that I like for now. I think the feet look softer and nicer than ones I've drawn before -- still a lot to practice, though! =D
