Swimming Lessons
Growing up on a space station, you don't get many chances to swim in actual water. Zero-G floating sure, but what she's more afraid of is being in so much water with ice powers. One slip up and they're going to be in a lot of trouble.

Physically Artica is pretty average save for her stats being just a little higher due to her Military school combat training. But obviously her ice abilities increases her combat and power levels. Because she can animate her ice to make Ice Golems she does possess a low level of psychic ability.
