TLDR; Starting November 2024, if you use the Patreon iOS app, NEW users will be charged more money. But if you pledge on the website on desktop, then things will remain normal. This change will not affect your pledge if you started pledging BEFORE November 2024. This change also ONLY affects new iOS pledges, not old ones. You can also still use the app and view content, as long as you don’t make a purchase in the app itself.
