Charity Case cover concepts

Sorry I've been a little quiet! Been working on a kickstarter that'll be posted soon (being reviewed atm :O)

I've also been working on thumbnails for the first chapter of this comic, and...my thumbnails are unintelligible to anyone but me, but let me know if you're interested and I can post them too!

But anyway, here's some cover ideas! It's gonna be a little while before Julien can meet Marnie and Roman in the comic, so he's probably gonna be solo for this cover </3

Sylvia & Jerry's house/agency- exterior concept

This isn't gonna be in the comic too much, so I uh, made it obnoxiously detailed because I'll probably only have to draw it a few times and damn I'm a sucker for fancy houses.

Also! Figured out a surname for them- Forte, which is also the name of their agency, Forte Music Agency <3

I've got the main outline for the story, and most of the first half in detail/scripted, so hopefully I can start thumbnailing in earnest soon :')!

Finally done (I think?!) with the pin designs, still gotta work on a bunch of promo stuff and backing cards, but I'll hopefully have a kickstarter live by the end of this month!

Been a while since I've made a gif! I always forget and end up with half the painting undocumented :'D.

Background concept

Trying to plan out Sylvia+ Jerrys house, which doubles as their music agency! A few houses I've seen in Falmouth and York have this lower floor under a sort of...door bridge, which I always thought was super cool, so I'm stealing it ;). I figure their office is on the lower floor, to keep it separate from the house.

 Perspective grids are amazing, but its....hard to know where to stop, I got waaaayyy carried away with this, so its absurdly stretched ;).

[double edit- I feel like the edits I made to the art mentioned within were totally unnecessary haha, I got very hung up on representing trans women in The Right Way but I truly think there are no hard (ha ha) rules and I was just scared to do it wrong)

I figured, since I didn't want everyone to have to wait a month for sketchbook content, I'd compile some of the doodles and sketches I had floating around. 

The proper monthly sketchbooks will be bigger than this, unless I'm super busy that month!
