Alrighty folks, we've got the torso of Minty full sewn and we've started on the legs. We've got all the stripes sewn for the first leg and are getting started on the second leg. So many stripes! I know it doesn't look like a lot of stripes but it feels like a lot when you spend 10hrs a day sewing stripes haha.

Not much to say right now other than we are busy working on Minty a K9 with a healthy dose of stripes! Stripes take quite a while to sew as they are sewn 2-3 times depending on the size to ensure they don't go anywhere, but we prefer stripes over spots any day! Why? Because stripes we can machine sew but spots? All handsewn.
Anywho back to work I go!
We managed to get a friend to model Kimara for us so we could take these pics of the suit in action, and boy does this lad look handsome all together!
Please note that the model is taller than the client so the legs don't connect to the feetpaws like they should (ie: theirs a gap).

Sorry for the lack of updates on Kimara's suit, this lion's mane is kicking my butt! I'm not sure how many pattern pieces it has for the mane but its gotta be close to a hundred and it's taking forever to sew it all on but it'll look good when it's done! I mean it already looks pretty cool and it was just pinned in these pics.

Since there was some confusion on how to use the nose pattern to make a foam nose we're working on an updated version of the tutorial to better explain how its made. This will be available next month alongside the normal monthly pattern/tutorial as a free add-on.

We're kicking off our next suit commission, and have got the bodysuit and feet all taped up and ready to furing! We actually tried uploading this post hours ago but our internet was uncooperative. Since taking this picture we have most of the torso patterned and sewn. It's a slow process since everything is double-sewn, and markings triple-sewn, but the end result is always worth it!

I may be cutting it a little close this month but here is this month's tutorial/pattern! I have for you guys 7 ears patterns for 5 different animals; cat, lion, mouse/rodent (2 versions), angel dragon, and canine (2 versions).
