So if you've ever wondered how we design shots... uh, here's a bit of a look into the process.
Sometimes its hard to describe how a scene should look in words alone, so occasionally one of us will need to do a rough sketch animation of our vision to explain it to the other. When Cyberunique does it, it looks pretty awesome. When AEHentai does it... you get the above.

You might notice that it's a bit (completely) different from the original sketch... well, that's because we weren't too thrilled with how that one came out, so we started over.
We're still working on finishing up the cinematic version, but we're making it a little extra special this time! And we have the next loop already well under way... more on this soon.

Behind the scenes of the Soul Eater animation!
All of the initial animation and coloring was done in Clip Studio Paint. Heart animation and final effects (lighting, bloom) were all done in Adobe After Effects
