I've been meaning to draw a real stereotypical "band photo" for a long time now!
Gonna adjust their facial expressions a bit in the next step to make them less bland, I think.
Might have to put this and everything else on the back burner for a bit, because I got commissioned to draw a book cover yesterday!! These things always happen when I'm busy with my own stuff... But it's all good. <3

It's been quite the year. Once again I would like to thank you all for the continuous support and in the same breath, apologize for the lack of content.
So of course my resolution for the new year is to be more active. For that purpose I have re-structured my Discord server and added a few channels to encourage activity. I have included channels for: sharing of art, videos, pictures from the web, music... also an art talk channel, one for art resources, and a channel dedicated to Frantic Live....

So instead of me paying ~5% (or whatever) once, patrons will pay 2.9% + 35 cents PER PLEDGE. This adds up for people who give $1 to 10 creators, for example... (These people will have to pay the fee 10 times.)
It's a shitty change and I can't do anything about it.

Sketch reward with a bit of color. Been using the pen tool in clip to color lately - just a hard brush that doesn't vary in size with the intensity linked to pen pressure. Pretty much like a standard photoshop brush... so it's back to basics right now :>

Next WIP for the wrestling card game. This character is loosely based on Hideo Itami and Shinsuke Nakamura.
A colored one because I'm so late. </3 Sorry.
Oh hey, I have the early access feature now. Neat! Think I'll make use of that soon.
And in other news, I have started hormone replacement therapy. Things have been slow because I had a bunch of appointments. I'm already feeling better despite only being on T for two days, so I hope my phase of neverending fatigue comes to an end now (I honestly think it was depression which mostly has physical symptoms for me).

Done with these two. I was planning to draw more but then I decided to wait for some feedback first.
Fun exercise though. This is how I learn that wrestlers are totally within my comfort zone...

I'm trying to land an art gig which involves wrestling, aka a dream job. And I'm doing sample art because I love wrestling so much, even if it might come and bite me in the ass later. I do hope I get the job though. x)
Colors ain't final and I'm gonna two more of these, showcasing different body types / designs. First one is pretty generic, based on CM Punk, Chris Jericho and Sami Zayn.
Either way it's good practice and might find a place in my portfolio later, so there.
