When I was shooting with Victoria H, also known as Deana, it dawned on me that Diana is the Roman version of the Greek goddess Artemis. As you may know the Romans adopted all the 12 Greek gods and goddesses as their own, only changed their names eg Aphrodite became Venus but remained the goddess of love and beauty for the Romans.

It could have been a paid commercial! The brand was Honey Birdette, the models gorgeous, the setting and light perfect and the photographer…ok, I think. The fact that the brand, which has 1.5 million followers on Instagram, ran two stories out of my pic and tagged the models and I, I suspect, says something. Almost as good as an FPI? Or better? You tell me, after you watch the video.

When you have shot so many times with the same model, and she‘s comfortable shooting with you in the nude, the results do get better and better. Tania was completely relaxed during this shoot and I believe it shows. I know by talking to many models that they are often very guarded when they’re shooting in the nude with photographers and that can’t be great for results. What do you think of these images?

Just as well I had some coconut milk in the fridge, since it turned out that our cat woman was a vegan! The rest as they say, is history. Enjoy!
It’s very unusual to start with a duo shoot before a solo shoot but that’s exactly what happened with Aurora as this was the only way we could fit in the duo shoot. So I ended up shooting with Aurora solo the day after the duo shoot. In just three hours we shot two sexy lingerie sets, an art nude with light and shadows and two latex outfits. You have a flavour of everything in this post. Let me know what you think!

Thursday was such a bright afternoon and with the bright light falling into my dining area, through the wall to ceiling windows, we were able to create more amazing images by adjusting the vertical blinds. The trick, besides having a beautiful art nude model like Tania, is to get the exposure right and to focus on something interesting, hmm. Do you think I managed that? 😉 in any case, what do you think of those heels and the stockings? Do they add to the picture? Or not?

Tania came to my home studio on Wednesday night, shortly after she had a new red hair do. As it looked so good, we decided we had to show it off as much as possible, so I got her to spread it out in the air against the natural light coming from the window. The plan was to do a one hour latex shoot with Aurora and Tania but it was such a bright afternoon that I couldn’t really miss the opportunity to play with light and shadows. Another set I didn’t get round to posting until now, although I did post three different edits of one of these soon after it was created and asked for your views. I stand corrected by Luci! When I sent her the video this morning, she said I got it wrong, it was Michael she was challenging to climb down, not Athena. She also sent me the video she made of Athena at the bottom of the rocks, when Michael was shooting her, which I added to this morning‘s video. So we have a longer and more accurate video in the end, which also includes more of Athena. Enjoy!
