Sheer delight - Alex Shanks

For the second set, Alex chose a sheer body and heels. For this set, as natural light was rapidly disappearing, I used my Canon speed light but didn’t throw the light directly onto the model. Instead, I choose to diffuse it by throwing it onto the ceiling or the side walls. Even so, it was a large room with dark floors so it as still challenging to light the model to my satisfaction.

Here’s a brief update of today’s shoot with the adorable Sophie Larissa Weiss.

Sophie arrived this morning from Sheffield and we started shooting at around 12 noon. We shot five sets in total as follows:

A sexy blue lingerie set by the stairs, lit by the Hobolite from the side with a softbox.

A white lingerie set on the stairs, lit again by the Hobolite on a soft daylight setting.

Yay - second FPI of 2025

Dear member,

Delighted to share the news of my second FPI of 2025, only three days after the first one.

 This one too is celebrating the goddess Aphrodite. I had it posted both of them on 9th January, which was Aphrodite’s birthday. Really happy that both were awarded FPI.
