Meet Fonic Wallace

The ideal degree of skin smoothing

Antonia thought that Alex, my retoucher, had done too much smoothing with her art nude images. So Alex confessed he had overdone it a little and redid the edits with less smoothing.  In this post I have included both edits for each of four images.  For me, the ideal edits are when it’s not obvious that an image has been edited, so I’m not keen on any skin smoothing other than removing blemishes. In Anka’s bedroom
