Good morning patrons! I would love your feedback on this image. The first is the original framing (retouched). I started thinking it could do with a slight adjustment of the horizon but also some cropping to make it more powerful. I tried 4:3 and 5:3. Which of the three images do you prefer?
Should Nicola’s model name be Bambi or Barbie? These professionally retouched images make a convincing case, don’t you think so?

Delighted to win another Image of the Day on Model Folio today! It’s one of the ‘mermaid’ nude images of Victoria created at White Stones on 29th September. That location keeps giving, but it was the first time I used that particular rock. It was Victoria‘s idea to ‘play’ mermaid on that rock.

Today was my last day of shoots with Nicola in Cyprus.
We started early afternoon with the black dress shoot. We chose the area outside the hotel entrance which was shady and offers a stylish setting for a fashion shoot.
The images I am posting are Nicola's favourites from that shoot. I would love to hear which are your favourites from this set to send to my retoucher. Please limit your suggestions to three images!

These images of Mila in the pink Tangaland micro bikini have left me speechless. I’m thinking they’re worthy of a magazine submission. Mila looks super sexy in pink and the soft blues of the pool create a lovely contrast. What do you think guys?
These images are retouched by Alexander Fess. I posted the unedited ones the day I shot with Mila, which already looked pretty good.
Our early morning shoot at Nissi beach was followed in the late afternoon by a shoot inside our hotel suite, not least because the weather was windy and cloudy. White Stones is probably my favourite location for art nude shoots in Cyprus - with Victoria, however, any location is good enough for a topless or nude shoot as long as there’s a little window of opportunity. The fourth image in this set was on the wooden bridge in the Amathus area which does get very busy with people doing fitness walks, especially in the evenings. Shot only yesterday evening at the Limassol marina, a short video with Nicola dressed in a pink mini dress like a Barbie doll. I thought the setting was ideal for Nicola’s outfit. People were stopping us and saying she looked even more beautiful than Barbie!

I wasn’t sure this bikini would work - it wasn’t a tiny micro bikini - but I think it does in terms of colour and composition. Once again an idea by Nicola that worked well.
Of course I still prefer Nicola in a Tangaland micro bikini - and those shots and videos will follow in the days and weeks to come.
Talking of which, Tangaland like my work and are considering offering me some paid work - they are sending me complimentary samples of their products by UPS...

This is such a strong image, isn‘t it? Certainly Nicola loved it and I had to send it to my retoucher as soon as she saw it! As a thank you to her for getting up at 05:30 this morning, I asked him to edit it today for us. The minute I saw his excellent edit, I decided that’s it’s worthy of a post on its own. It was a busy afternoon yesterday at the Aphrodite Hills villa creating new content with Tania Aresti aimed at fans who like voyeuristic style images and videos. These unedited images should give you a little flavour of what we created but besides hundreds of new images we also created 41 video clips, which should allow me to produce quite a few lengthier videos in the next few days and weeks.
I got goosebumps as soon as I saw the plaque with Aphrodites date of birth - 9th January. It is also my own birthday, although a few thousand years later. I started thinking if I have some deep connection with the goddess. Why I feel compelled to shoot there with different models, an idea I had since I was a teenager but only managed to accomplish last year with Tanya modele first. Is this why I’m always attracted back to this area?

What a day we had yesterday with Tania Aresti. We started shooting by the pool with Tania in a fetish sheer body suit but we quickly realised that the pool wasn't clean so Tania 'volunteered' to clean it in her fetish outfit...she got so hot however and she had to cool off by the pool but as soon as we started shooting in the pool the real poolboy arrived! I started shooting with Tania yesterday afternoon around 3.30pm local time. By 6.30pm when the sun set, we did two lingerie/nude shoots at the villa, one micro bikini/topless shoot in and around our pool and a golden hour art nude shoot at Aphrodite's beach. Which is why I love this villa at Aphrodite Hills - besides offering lots of areas to shoot inside and outside the villa in privacy, including a private pool, it is literally five minutes drive from Aphrodite's beach.

This is something I've been trying to do for a long time - yesterday it was a golden opportunity to try again as the sun was actually dipping into the sea and my model was happy to be au naturel on the beach. I tried it with Amber back in March but although the pics were good, she was wearing a thong, which makes it a bit unnatural.
