So it begins..

I've finally started on a tutorial that people have been asking for for a looong time, moving jaws x3 This tutorial will take some time to do because I have to make the entire head before the tutorial is finished. So far I've made the elastic strap which make the jaw move when you move you own jaw

Eurofurence

Eurofurence is only a few days away now :) It will be my first furcon and my first convention outside Denmark x3 My friend, Rune, will go with me and it will also be his first furcon (and he is not even a furry xD ).
I will bring both of my dragons, Dorago and Rex. So exited :3

Funny eyelids

I'm taking a small break from all those spots and working on heads instead. And I made the eyelids. And I have so much fun with this xD I just noticed how I left one of the heads this evening xD (it looks a bit drunk xD ) I really need to add magnetic eyelids to my future personal fursuits xD

(and yes, I've done removable eyelids before but not as fun as those x3 )

Next Genki Craft project

Next year Genki craft competition is already planned :) Rocket Raccoon. There will be so many new things to try :) Realistic head with moving jaw from the bottom, which means clay models and casting + moving tail, realistic paws and the outfit. So many new things :) And I have the best reference, a figurine with all the details :) 

"Can I Eat This?" F/ Skaarl

Enjoy this short video with Skaarl from the convention. The whole Genki video will be up later this week. I'm not sure how much I can work today because I'm feeling the pain from wearing Skaarl over 5 hours in a row yesterday (and a bit from saturday) without being able to stand properly or sit down xD (r.i.p. back and legs xD )

Stormfly Meets The Modern World

I had some recordings from the Stormfly photoshoot and wasn't sure what to do with them so made this random video x3 What do you think of random costume videos? (I'm not sure if I should make it public xD )

So many spots...

I'm making leopard spotted dino commission at the moment and the tail is this whole day of work xD I have to hand sew the spots (which have black rings) and it takes such a long time xD (but it will look good in the end ^^ )

New ears

I've made new bases for canine ears now, the old ones were made of craft foam with metal wire but the new bases are casted in flex foam.

The white ones are the new ones and the black are the old ones. Which do you like best?

Plans for Genki 2018

Under 2 weeks left so here are my plans :)

Friday: My fursona, Rex
Saturday: Rex again, and Skaarl (League of Legends).
Sunday:  Skaarl again, in the craft competition.

And lets hope the heat doesn't kill me xD We have crazy weather this summer, we usually have about 18-23°C and a lot of rain but at the moment we have 25-30 °C and no rain xD

Skaarl update

Skaarl can "speak" now :D I've added Tothless's sound system to her but with her sounds :) I will have so much fun with this at Genki in 2 weeks x3

Too hot today

It's so hot today that I can't work on commissions (not without dripping sweat on the products xD Yes, we are not used to really hot weather here in Denmark xD ). So I decided to relax by casting a head base, and making a sculpt for a mold. I wanted to cast more head bases but it started to rain a bit (the first rain in over a month :-O ), so I have wait a couple of days because I don't know if it's going to rain more today (I let my bases cure outside) and I don't have the time tomorrow because...
