So plan was to have a halloween themed video out tomorrow, which will be how to make a cheap foam skull, but I forgot that foam clay takes 2 days to dry xD so I hope that it can be out Thursday or Friday instead x3 So tomorrow's video will be a tip video instead x3

Look what came in the mail today

Yes, that's right, I will be making a protogen :D Now I just have to save up for the electronics
because I'm going all in on this and want to be able to animate the lights later on x3 And after that I want to make a cheaper version with EVA foam and cheaper lights instead :) (I don't think everyone have almost 1000 usd for materials xD ).

The plan is to start on all this next year :) (I need to finished some commissions first x3 )

The templates are now up on Dropbox :) fabric feathers and tongues. It was also the plan to have one for raptor sock paws ready but I haven't had the time to finish it yet.

Yay, he is finished and looks so much better than before :3 And he also has magnetic eyelids and tongues. There will be a video of the refurb process :)

Steve's head is now finished :3 And Rex got new ears and eyes, so he is now ready for fur :3

Current projects

Currently working on these 2 heads, a tiger/lion hybrid commission and my gem raptor Steve, the plan is to finish them this week :) . After them I will continue on some dutchies (commissions and Rex), and the rest of Steve (he will be a fullsuit)

Working on one of my OC's, Steve the gem raptor :) So far the head got a rough shave :)

What happened to Rex?

Rex 1.0 is now going to be 1.5 :) Everything except the foam face will be replaced. Back when I made him he was actually a rushed head so there were so many mistakes, so I want him to be the same quality as my newest commissions.

This month template

This month template is finally up on Dropbox, a bird sockpaw pattern. But it's not tested yet, I will upload an updated version when I've made the video tutorial.

Sorry that it's delayed, I was doing taxes yesterday and it took longer than I thought x3 So only a short first look.

And notice the title, I thought that some topics are so short that they can't really be called a tutorial but are more like small tips. What do you think? And feel free to suggest more like this :)

Rainboooows

I'm working on a rainbow themed dutchie commission at the moment, and it takes such a long time x3 What you see on the picture are the wings, head feathers and tail feathers.

But it's my own fault, I'm the one who made the adoptable design xD But it's still a fun challenge x3

Bowser w.i.p. - Finished foam body

Another look for the public on the big cosplay I'm working on at the moment :) Now it should be easy to guess the character x3

Note: It's my first time making a big cosplay like that so I may have to place some pillows in the arms and legs to prevent them from looking weird when I bend them xD

I'm trying something new now in my tutorials. A lot of people are leaving the videos when they see the intro so I've decided to leave it out now, so I'm excited to see how the "Audience retention" will look like on my next tutorials.

I think I will still put a very short intro on my other types of videos (event vlogs, costume previews, etc.)
