Shokuhou Misaki, winner of September's Poll
I remember seeing Railgun's doujin made by Digital Lover, she drew a scene where Misaki controlled Touma's thing to get harden. Having skill that can control specific parts like this, she got herself meat dildo always ready for use. Seems convenient, and doesn't need viagra too. (LOL)
