Sun Temple 2 - [HS2]
This map is really gigantic, with dozens of fully decorated interiors, streets, restaurants, houses. Yes, it's heavy, especially if you look at the entire map as a whole, but using it up close you'll get good FPS.
I recommend a good computer, you can choose to limit the view distance and shadows through Studio settings.
