I also took this page as an opportunity to lampoon sliding timescales. Finch seems to be aware of the age of the comic but Salvadora wants to keep up the facade for the readers' sake.

What, you thought we'd show Xatra's planet in a single page? We're saving that for it's own episode!
Xatra's costume colors have changed slightly as Justin felt it looked better with a purple hue. I think that purple is going to be toned down a bit in the future, though.

This is one of those good old-fashioned "friends 'till the end" scenarios. While Finch did get the offer for T.H.I.C.C., what matters to her is being with her friend. And I gotta say, if I were Finch, I'd love getting hugged by Salvadora!

You never see superheroes doing paperwork like cops do, so I thought it would be funny to show exactly that. When you're an official superhero organization like T.H.I.C.C., sanctioned and everything, paperwork's gotta be a part of the job, right?

This page got completely overhauled, as you can tell from the script. Basically, I had a last-second thought that it would be funnier if Salvadora actually went through the whole obstacle course, failing at everything Finch succeeded in. As for what happened specifically, we felt it'd be best to leave that up to the reader's imagination and only show the aftermath.
