Gnome Quest 3 is live!

Woooo.... This was a long one, but it has finally arrived. It's been a while since a new Gnome Quest episode, I hope you guys like it! And for you early birds who snagged those background character spots, I got a bunch featured in this episode!

New Batch of Characters!

Hello hello, got some more characters fresh out of the oven... A nice assortment of goofballs and edgelords. Some of these were in the credits of the last video but weren't posted, the rest are brand new.

Gnome Quest 3 Update + Teaser

It's been a while so I thought I'd check in with a fun little teaser. I just finished the animatic for episode 3 of Gnome Quest, which basically means the rough drawings/timing/music and sound.

This tends to be about the halfway mark for my work... This one took quite a while but I'm really happy with it and I'm excited to start animating on it soon!

WELL WELL WELL... We got a new one gang! I went a little crazy with this one... Hope you like it! I sure had a lot of fun making it!

Here's another batch of characters for you lovely fanatics! We got some interesting ones this time around, but I did my best to capture your strange creations!

And guess what!? I'm planning on releasing another video tomorrow if all goes smoothly, so look out for that! This next one is gonna be extra silly though... I kinda got a little lost in the sauce.

Wizard King Designs

Thought it would be fun to show some of the sketches I went through while trying to design the Wizard King in my latest short.

This one design gave me way more trouble than usual, took basically an entire day trying to figure out his look.

Lots of funny faces were conjured up, but I think I'm happy with the final design.

New Patron Tier!

Hello you lovely Patrons! I've added a new Patreon tier, and I think it's a lot of fun!

For those of you who wish to give a little extra support, now you can get a custom fantasy character in the style of my animations that'll appear in the end credits of each video!

After the Patron name credits, there'll be a short screen with all of the characters of the Patrons in this tier. I used my Joel Haver design as an example of what one of these characters might look like.

All Hail The Wizard King!

New video day! It's been a very exciting and hectic last week or so. This one was actually supposed to drop about a week ago, but I ended up getting a pretty bad cold I'm only just starting to recover from.

And while I was sick and delirious, a couple of my YT shorts wound up in the algorithm! The channel kind of exploded, we went from around 4k subscribers to over 38k at the time of posting!

I was planning on getting this one out last week but I've been pretty busy. I've been doing some freelance animation on a project for the Youtube channel Flashgitz. Trying to pivot from working at animation studios to working with other Youtubers.

That said, gonna be starting on the next one within a couple...

New Short!

Here it is! This one is about a Tiny Man facing a big problem. And the Tiny Man is voiced by the one and only Joel Haver! If you know who that is, you probably know how excited I am about this. If you don't, go check him out on Youtube. He's amazing!

Next Short Coming Along + Big News!

Hello everyone!!! First of all, lets give a big warm welcome to all the new faces, thank you so much for your support! You're all awesome!

These newer style of videos I've been doing are much easier to make, and I've actually been able to release one monthly while working full-time!

New Vid!

Huh? A new vid so soon?

Yup! I've decided to try taking the channel in a new direction for a bit. I have a bunch of scripts for some comedic, fantasy themed shorts that I think are pretty fun.

This style is easier to make than the Gnome Quest series, so I'm planning to release a few of these in the coming months to hopefully grow the channel a little bit before moving back to Gnome Quest.

If you've been following Gnome Quest, don't worry! I plan to go back to it eventually. ...

Gnome Quest Episode 2 Final Stretch!!!

Hey gang! Just checking in for the final Episode 2 update! It's been a long journey, but I'm done about 75% of the animation, and I'm expecting to be completely done within the next couple weeks!

I'm probably putting far too much effort in to what is amounting to a 3 minute 10 second Youtube video, but I'm too lost in the sauce to quit now!

Gnome Quest Update!

Hey guys, it's update time!

I haven't had much time to work on the Youtube stuff since I've been busy with work, but I've been getting a little bit of free time lately and managed to finally make some progress.

I just finished the animatic today, which basically means I have everything roughed out/voice acted and I'm ready to move on to doing the finished backgrounds and animation.

Some Updates!

Hey gang! It's been a while so I wanted to give you all some updates on how things are currently going.

Some big news is that I recently got a new job at an animation studio. I'm working on the second season of Clone High (a 20 year old show that is finally being revived). Hooray!

The downside of this however is that progress has slowed down on my Youtube projects, but I'm still working away!

Discord Early Access! (Closed for Now)

So it looks like we have a couple of new faces around here, I thought I'd show my appreciation with an update!

I'm going to be launching a Dungeon Soup discord server publicly whenever Youtube gives the channel access to community posts (should be soon).

In the mean time, why not give you all early access? Consider this the Discord Server beta test.

The server will primarily be used to make announcements on upcoming content, but of course it'll also be a place for fans to ta...
