Changes for next version

In the next version of the mod, new urbanizations will not be added, instead, a reform of the mod will be carried out to improve it (probably a overhaul of the animations, addition of more objects in people's hands, etc).

As for the future, the direction of the mod is not very certain, as I'm increasingly focused on the development of my game IMPUNES, and next year I intend to focus even more on its development. I can do Urbanize in just 1 week of work or less, but it's still time that ...
