I have a couple of pieces coming up that will have lots of griffins in them, so I thought it might be wise to do a few study sketches first. So after a little more than an hour I had this to show for my efforts.
This was a piece I started on a recent Picarto stream. It is of my longtime OC and muse Rosemary Parker. For this sketch a couple things I wanted to demonstrate was perspective in relation to architecture and how variation in shading techniques could create different textures and effects.

Very quick speedpaint I made in Clip Studio Paint this morning. There are some problems with the figure but I deliberately gave myself a short deadline for the piece. The more I play with digital the better I'll get.

Rainbow Dash and I looked around at the nightlife in my Equestria dreamscape. It was Saturday night in Ponyville which is not the hotbed of activity, but there were still a fair number of ponies going about their way.
“So Dash what would you like to do? Shall we get a drink at the Bucking Mare?”
“Nah! Um, if you want a drink I've got some stuff at my place. So, uh would you like to, oh, ah, go back there?”

I recently had a posting where I described ponies using a curved fork to dip small pieces of food in a warm sauce, and I got comments from patrons wanting to see what the forks looked like. Well here you are.
The forks are made of very springy steel, or in case of the forks I used in my dreamscape they also had a swinging clasp lock to provide additional security.
