Lucky Sims 4 have real squat toilet with new animations, while our poor Sims 3 will sit in the air above those toilets, but at least you have the look!

I've updated the toddler chairs I had made for my Pre-school set and for the Toddler Food one, so now, they can be also used by infants.
While I was at it, I've made new "low-high-chairs", that work as a high-chair, so toddlers/infant can eat on them; put one of my toddler table around so the food bowl won't float in the air!

There's still one tiny thing left, from my lost projects, because it wasn't part of the sets I was working on: a lighted ad for Real Estate shops. Desiree has been wanting one for Sims 3 for a long time, and I thought "For Rent" was the perfect moment to make it for Sims 4 as well. There's a lighted version (staying lighted all night long), and a non-lighted one, if your City council opted for cut in energy expenses! ;)

My Simming year starts pretty bad. I was about to re-open my work-in-progress folder, where I had two sets under work that I had left the time of the Advent Calendar... and, horror, I simply can't find these WIP anymore... I usually make back-ups but I haven't for a while because my back-up drive was making too weird noises and was hard to boot, I wanted to get a new one...

The string lights are independant from the tree. They're made to be used with the Seasons Ever green Christmas tree, or, if you don't have Seasons, with the pine tree included in the file.
You can use several string lights on a same tree if you want.

Note that they're almost invisible in the Buy catalog, so they can be hard to find: they're under Decor/Sculpure at 48ยง. A little black box, located on the floor, allows you to put these lights over a street (at least in Willow Creek)
To remove the lights, take the black box and delete, that's all! :)
