Of course I had everything backed up and I lost about 4 photoshoots that I didn't get to finish editing (2 for each Tier) The phone itself wouldn't turn on, despite trying different chargers and going to Verizon to have them try and get it back on (absolutely useless by the way) So despite being backed up...
